~ I might have been able to squeeze out 5 reps on the 3rd set, but the 4th rep was SSLLOOWW...So I just racked it knowing I had deadlifts next lol.

~ These felt AMAZING...my grip strength is much stronger than I thought it was. These were done with no belt, no straps, nada...just me and the bar!
