Rep Power: 217 | Re: Getting back at it. I have been taking some photos to track my progress. I lost 40lbs after the car accident was 200lbs @ 10% bf before, after I was 160lbs at or around 10-12%
Here are some pics after I started training again. The first pic is me at 160lbs the last pic is me at 172lbs. I am trying to slowly gain back the mass I lost during my time in the hospital and my time during rehabilitation. |
