Getting back at it.

I am doing 50 reps (or at least trying) on all exercises except deadlifts.

Tonight (I train in the night 10:00 PM est) will be quads and hams.

My routine is a 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on.

Mondays
Quads and Hams

Tuesday
Chest and Biceps

Wednesday off

Thursday
Calves, Abs and Forearms

Friday
Back, shoulders and Triceps

Here is my first attempt at deads (done last week) coming back after surgery (surgery was on June 27th 2008)

50 rep preacher curl with 40lbs done last week

Attempt 50 reps with 65lbs on seated mil press, this did not go well at all

Re: Getting back at it.

I have been taking some photos to track my progress. I lost 40lbs after the car accident was 200lbs @ 10% bf before, after I was 160lbs at or around 10-12%

Here are some pics after I started training again. The first pic is me at 160lbs the last pic is me at 172lbs. I am trying to slowly gain back the mass I lost during my time in the hospital and my time during rehabilitation.
