I just worked out and its the middle of the day so I'll weigh my self first thing in the moring and take a picture unflexed.
My goal is to increase muscle mass. After the first week I'll take suggestions on my workout program. (You just can't mess with my pullup routine, they have to be first on back day and my goal is strenght)
