With the baby here I haven't worked out steadily in a couple of months. Trying really hard to get back into it.
I'm going for mass over strength (Except for pullups) so I upped my reps to 8 from 4-5

Wide Grip bench - 225 4 sets of 8 (from 185 4 sets of 5)
Skull Crushers - 85 lbs 4 sets of 8 (from 275 4 sets of 5)
(elbows close together watching my form better)
Behind the Neck press- 155 4 sets of 8 (From 105 lb 4 sets of 5)
Next time:
(I'm going to add Upright rows, Incline and rope pushdowns.)
