ExtremistPullup Workout Log

With the baby here I haven't worked out steadily in a couple of months. Trying really hard to get back into it.

I'm going for mass over strength (Except for pullups) so I upped my reps to 8 from 4-5

Monday OCT 16th 2006

Wide Grip bench - 225 4 sets of 8 (from 185 4 sets of 5)

Skull Crushers - 85 lbs 4 sets of 8 (from 275 4 sets of 5)
(elbows close together watching my form better)

Behind the Neck press- 155 4 sets of 8 (From 105 lb 4 sets of 5)


Next time:
(I'm going to add Upright rows, Incline and rope pushdowns.)

I just worked out and its the middle of the day so I'll weigh my self first thing in the moring and take a picture unflexed.



My goal is to increase muscle mass. After the first week I'll take suggestions on my workout program. (You just can't mess with my pullup routine, they have to be first on back day and my goal is strenght)

Today I was a completely recovered from the 19 th so I did back and biceps.
wanted to wait for my shoulders to be 100 %


Weighted Pullups 115 lbs 4 sets of 5

Standing Curls 105 4 sets of 8

Shurgs 335 lbs 4 sets of 8


Next time:
(I'm going to add preacher curls and bent over rows, and change my standing curls from narrow grip to wide grip.)



I'm not going to wait so long to do legs but I'm thinking of Squats Deadlifts and Calf Raises.
Any Ideas on order or things I should add.

My traps biceps and lats are still sore. If I did legs I don't think I'll be able to do Deadlifts.

Wait until your recoverd since you use so many muscle groups when doing deads.
