Some background information
I am 23 years old
6' 206lbs
I Started lifting off and on when I was 17 years old. In 2005, I ended up slipping a disk in my back and losing a lot of muscle mass. I still feel the effects of it every once in a while and I am unable do some back exercises because of it.
I just got back into lifting a little over a year ago so with the help of Iamfitness.net I hope to get back to where I once was.
