It's a good sport if you ever wanted to go out for it. I'm ran Cross Country for 3 years now. It's a lot of fun. In my mind, I don't care who a coach is for a sport or a teacher is for a class because if you have a passion for that class or sport your motivation will get you through.

I agree, but I like training my way, and joining a team like XC would not help my muscle building goals.

OK Chest & Back workout today. My bench press still wont budge, but at least my bent over rows are improving, albeit slowly. I did

So instead of Db Presses and Fly's today I did a lot of dips. Really felt it in my tris, delts, and chest. Hopefully they'll help bring my bench up.

Going to give myself the day off. I would be running today, but I'm sick and its below freezing outside. Besides, my friends won't let me go because I wear short shorts even though its ridiculously cold. haha

Maybe it'll be good since I did chest/back yesterday and I want to get my chest stronger. Plus, I'm almost at 160lbs and want to hit that target pretty soon. Even if there is a little fat involved. :P
