Had a crappy run today. Felt like I pushed myself really hard, but then I looked at my watch and it said I burned 400 calories. WTH!!

Got a pretty decent workout today. Granted, I'm at home and I had limited weights to work with.

Flat Bench Press

T-Bar Rows

Incline Bench Press

I'm getting worried about winter break since I'll be here at home and stuck with this gym all the time. There aren't enough weights for my squats and deadlifts, and there are only 25lb and 30lb dumbbells. Hmmmm. Maybe I'll have to buy some more weights...

Good workout, yeah it comes in handy having a few weights at home. I have a few things just so I can make do on days when I just can't make it to the gym. Yeah I would consider a few more D/B's if I were you. I've been thinking about getting a set of the selectoried D/B's like the ones Bowflex has, but there just more $$$ than I'm willing to spend.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. Maybe I'll change my workout a bit for the 3 1/2 weeks that I'm home.

I'll do my big lifts, and then stay active and burn calories snowboarding. Which I plan on doing a lot of anyway.

I think for me yesterday it was because I didn't stretch my calves at all. Hopefully today they won't come back.

Last night I woke up with two charlie horses in my left calf.

I wonder if it's from the creatine I am front loading... not sure.

Got a good run today after my shoulder workout. No shin splits, I think because I stretched my calves beforehand.

Had a really good run. Ran a different route and it was much less boring. Going to have to try and remember to change up my routes more frequently.
