AAAAWESOME workout today! Push presses felt perfect, rack position was perfect and my wrists didn't hurt all like last time. Weight was flying up, 55kg/121lbs next time baby! Rows were pretty heavy though, because of the positioning, it's impossible to cheat which makes it very hard. |

Great workout, weights are getting pretty heavy on all the exercises, but form is still great. Clean pulls today felt very explosive, and I got a great pump from the standing presses. Got a front squat day coming on tuesday, gotta have to stretch a lot to be able to finally hit rock bottom without the "hip tuck" |
