AAAAWESOME workout today! Push presses felt perfect, rack position was perfect and my wrists didn't hurt all like last time. Weight was flying up, 55kg/121lbs next time baby! Rows were pretty heavy though, because of the positioning, it's impossible to cheat which makes it very hard.

Great workout, weights are getting pretty heavy on all the exercises, but form is still great. Clean pulls today felt very explosive, and I got a great pump from the standing presses. Got a front squat day coming on tuesday, gotta have to stretch a lot to be able to finally hit rock bottom without the "hip tuck"

Didn't have any specific plan in mind when I entered the gym, I just went by feeling and it turned out to be a great workout. I didn't get much sleep today, and I didn't eat much either, but I still felt pretty strong and actually broke a personal record! Felt awesome
