Last night I did a spin class that was taught by a Pro Rider. There were 5 out of 8 that were pro riders in the calss. Me and 2 others that were rec. racers. Holy shit it was BRUTAL!!!! spin 1 leg 2.5 mins, then switch leg. then 2 min, switch leg (warm up) w/ clip pedels it is a BITCH. Trying to pull up and push, yet keeping the stroke in a circular motion not up and down. The we did 18 minutes of 30 sec sprint 30 sec rest at a level 9 effort. KICKED MY ASS!!!! the best part was...I had only 50g of carbes in me for the day...following the previous day of 60g of carbs. I was destroyed. So today I am going to eat 200g of carbs. Still my protein is between 300-350/day depending on 6 or 7 meals. Can't wait for the 50+ miler on Sunday.
