Deadlift PR, Lat Pull down PR. Bit annoyed that I was on the wrong sheet in my booklet, so I wasn't sure what weights I should be doing, and because of that I missed my inverted rows, which I absolutely love normally, can't believe I forgot them. So I put in normal rows to try to make up for it slightly. |

My gym has about 10-12 benches and a ton of other machines but we have about 4-5 people that come in everyday and bench the entire workout front to back. I would be pissed if we didn't have more benches. |
