Last Night -
Warmup bball shoot around for 15 mins
Chest / Tris
Bench was solid...
135 Warm up
185x10
195x6
205x3 times... (LBS)
Then did 3 sets of chest flyes...
Some skull crushers and tri pull downs
then benched 135 till my arms fell off..
I was cruched for time so did it in about 35 mins.
(8 out of 10)

I took a sample Purple Wraath: Ergogenic Essential Amino Acid Matrix
15 mins of warm up shooting the bball...
4 sets barbell rows
4 sets dumbell rows
4 sets pullups ( By the time I got to these, I could hardly do my body wieght, should have started with these!!!! only did 3 sets.)
5 sets rack-pulls
I also did 3 sets of overhead press, and some light shruggs...
(7.75 out of 10)
Drinking whey / gultamine shake now..

110 cals 23 grams of protein
before bed on nights I really need to recovery.. |

2. SUPERSET (3 sets) Dips and Cable flys on Incline Bench. Weighted dips 10-12 reps, followed by Cable Flys 8-10 squeezing hard on each rep. If you cannot do this on cable system in your gym, use DBs.
3. 2 sets 60 degree incline DB. Both sets 10-12 reps.
4. 3 sets close-grip flat bench, NO BOUNCING...down slow push up as hard as you can. 12-15 reps 1st set, 10-12 2nd set, 10-12 3rd set.
5. 2-3 sets Reverse wide-grip tricep pressdowns (cable) SUPERSET with v-bar pressdowns (if you have it, if not rope works). Try to get 8 on both, should be tough.
