I'm so weak on curls, and I had to drop down some weight today. I really don't understand how I can be so weak. Maybe it's because I usually do them after hard pull ups and rows, etc.
Supersetted those w/ 20 reps of 3 different ab exercises.. Abs:
20 slow crunches
20 SLOOOOWWWW bicycles, perfect form
20 captain's chairs/leg lifts, bring knees all the way up to the chest
I ran a mile-ish today in 8:30 immediately after lifting. I was in a good routine of running 2 miles almost every day in the Fall, then I got out of it. Hopefully today I got myself back into it. |
