140lbs today!
I increased my calories by exactly 100, not exactly a lot, I get a whole 1lb increase! It's not right is it, but I guess that's just the way it goes. I now need to decide if I stick with the extra 100 or cut back to where I was last week. Well today's going to be a little strange as we're off to an Italian Restaurant for lunch so I'm on Maintenance for the rest of the day. No doubt I'll be heavier again tomorrow! It certainly is extremely difficult to make exact increases to your weight level.
I'm hoping to have Lasagne and Tiramisu... can't wait!
