Weight: 140lbs
Daily calorie intake approx: 2500 calories over 7 meals a day
Current Body fat percentage reading: 13%
Training Phase: Bulking

140lbs today!

I increased my calories by exactly 100, not exactly a lot, I get a whole 1lb increase! It's not right is it, but I guess that's just the way it goes. I now need to decide if I stick with the extra 100 or cut back to where I was last week. Well today's going to be a little strange as we're off to an Italian Restaurant for lunch so I'm on Maintenance for the rest of the day. No doubt I'll be heavier again tomorrow! It certainly is extremely difficult to make exact increases to your weight level.

I'm hoping to have Lasagne and Tiramisu... can't wait!

140lbs again today!

Good! I had a huge meal at our local Italian Restaurant and subsequently had to go on to Cutting diet for the rest of the day to help ensure I didn't go over. It clearly worked well but I'm sticking to 2400 cals today just to make sure I don't make anymore dramatic weight increases.

I need to do my Arms and Abs later on today, postponed from yesterday, but it's a Bank Holiday Monday here in the UK so this won't be a problem.

140lbs again today! I've survived the long Bank Holiday Weekend without making any surprising scale jumps. Phew!

I had a really good Arms and Abs set yesterday, possibly my best ever and I can really feel like I did this morning. I can't help but think I'm making good progress in this bulk, even if my last picture didn't make it obvious. If I can keep going until early Spring next year I can't help but think I will have made some serious progress.
