thnx man, lol i used to work harder the workouts now seem so short it feels like im getting nowhere. but i measure weakly to make sure im not decreasing.

Short workouts are the best. Even on days where I'm doing Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps my workouts only last ~50 minutes. I bust my ass only taking about 90 seconds max between sets. As long as you're eating to gain, you'll get where you want to be.

Do them twice a week. They're both full body exercises, so just pick two days (3-4 days apart) and hit 'em.

thank you guys, i will be posting yesterdays workout tonite (may 4) i didnt get that much of a workout my shoulders were killing me cause of the vaccines and shots i got. hella numb, but it was decent enough
