But for my own reference, I am now down to 193.6, and am keeping around 10% bf. Squat is prolly round 405 (which is light for me), deadlift who knows, bench right around 335, and currently push pressed 225x5, dont know what my 1rm is. Been crossfitting hardcore over the last 3 months and have dropped a good amount of bf. Diets been very good, and I am getting that look I had a year ago back. Want to apologize to myself for being lazy over the last year. |

Bench-350
Squat-430
OH Press-190
Deadlift-430
Not to bad considering I havent lifted for strength in a long time. I have been going for endurance and work capacity for about 4 months now. I think I am going to get back into lifting for some strength a bit. |

I am around a guy who benches 600 plus....another guy who push presses 225 for 10.....and a guy who squats almost 650. So at the end of the day its nice to just know I can run a few miles and not be dead! Because they cannot...
Btw the last last 2 days have been good:
as many rounds in 15mins as possible
Squat 225-3 reps
6-pullups
9-pushups Rounds-14 Yesterday ran about 3-4 miles up and down trails at a state park |
