Hit 205 lb.

Been working out for about 7 or 8 months, and just started seriously working out about 2-3 month ago.

I'm now benching 8 reps and 3 sets of 205lbs for my workout, is this good progress?

Dont know my exact max bench press.

Is this good progress so far?


Give any advice and comments please.
