Got to the gym around 11:45 pm and man, I'm all out of wack.

Stretching

DB Flat Bench, 2x6x30s
DB Incline Bench, 2x6x30s
Assisted Dip Machine, 2x6x11 (setting)

Pull Ups, 2x6x8 (setting)
DB Shugs, 2x6x85s
Deadlift, 2x6x135(?, picked up a bar and put 35s on)

Lunges, 2x6x30s (HOLY SHIT!!!, 6 per leg)
Leg Curl, 2x6x?

Cardio - 6 mins on ellipitical

Comments: Felt good to get back into it, fullbody is too much time, so I'll be splitting it up.

Stretching before weight training makes it harder for your muscle to contract. Do warmup sets before you start, and stretch after your routine is complete.

Thanks for that. After looking that up, it could make a big difference. My routine is competely different now.

Warm Up: 6 mins on the ellpitcal

DB Bench
WU - 2x6x15
WS - 3x6x30, 1x10x35

DB Incline
WU - 2x6x25
WS - 3x6x30, 1x8x35

Dips
3x6x11, 1x8x10, 1x3x8

Comments: I like the 3 regular set and the last set as many as I can so I'll continue with that and my dips have gotten stronger. Back/Bi and cardio later today.

Pull Ups: 3x6x8 (setting)

DB Shrugs: 3x6x100, held the DB with both hands just to try it out, like the two handed shrugs better

Deadlift: 3x6x145(?), 1x1x225(?)
