Starting a Cut im around 16/17% BF. My Split Routine will stay the same.
Heres how this weeks going to look
Monday: Kickboxing
Time: 90minutes
I get worked hardcore. Drills, sprints knee ups, star jumps, pushups, sit ups.
Tuesday: Chest & Biceps (90minutes)
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Rammstien Cd- Pushups and Situps 40minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).
Wednesday: Triceps & Legs
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Rammstien Cd- Pushups and Situps 40minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).
Thursday: Kickboxing
Time: 60minutes
Fitness Day. 2 4 minute sessions on treadmill; exercise bike, fly machine, lat pulldown, bags (4), 1on1 with the instructor in the ring and squats for endurance.
Friday: Mongrel Day - I Just pick ex's out of each category and do em.
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Metallica Cd- Pushups and Situps 45minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).
Saturday: REST DAY
Sunday: Mongrel Day - I Just pick ex's out of each category and do em.
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Judas Priest Cd- Pushups and Situps 45minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).
And Repeat for 4-6 weeks Mon-Sun
* I dont work back because i had a back injury a couple of months ago and i dont won't to AGREVATE IT. Bad enough as it is now pinches when i do benc presses.
