The Great Cut :)

Starting a Cut im around 16/17% BF. My Split Routine will stay the same.

Heres how this weeks going to look

Monday: Kickboxing
Time: 90minutes
I get worked hardcore. Drills, sprints knee ups, star jumps, pushups, sit ups.

Tuesday: Chest & Biceps (90minutes)
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Rammstien Cd- Pushups and Situps 40minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).

Wednesday: Triceps & Legs
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Rammstien Cd- Pushups and Situps 40minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).

Thursday: Kickboxing
Time: 60minutes
Fitness Day. 2 4 minute sessions on treadmill; exercise bike, fly machine, lat pulldown, bags (4), 1on1 with the instructor in the ring and squats for endurance.

Friday: Mongrel Day - I Just pick ex's out of each category and do em.
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Metallica Cd- Pushups and Situps 45minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).

Saturday: REST DAY

Sunday: Mongrel Day - I Just pick ex's out of each category and do em.
Time: 180minutes
2km run/ jog
Judas Priest Cd- Pushups and Situps 45minutes NO REST (if i passout il have to passout).

And Repeat for 4-6 weeks Mon-Sun



* I dont work back because i had a back injury a couple of months ago and i dont won't to AGREVATE IT. Bad enough as it is now pinches when i do benc presses.

just doin some pushups and situps atm wont do too much because i ahve kickboxing at 6.

Cant get 2 kickboxing 2nite my altenrate is the pushup situp routine and the run o well. Dammit 2 more lessons till iget my license then i can go ALL THE TIME..mum cracked the shits need i say more.

Il be honest ive lsot motivation because of a lot of things which are bringing me down.

I applied for the army about 1 month ago had my interview but didnt pass the admission test. I have 2 wait six months but still i dont know if il get in because of my back. I dont know what to do to try find a crappy Mcdonalds job for six months or go 2 tafe. I cant fukcing make a decision with girls... Theres 2 girls which i really like. Ones fucking horny and wants me 2 go her house shes always asking me. (which could be good ) but i like the other one more and im not sure if she feels the same way. Plus i got my fucking alco mother swearing and telling me im a peice of shit every 2 seconds. its jsut getting too much. i wihs there was a simple solution to it all but there is isnt. ive lost motivation with this routien already i need to get my head sorted.

Yeah... Sometimes life is hard and ya just gotta push through it, lifting should help you do that...Keep with it man!
