Pain is the sign of change

My routine: is a 5 day split routine with 3 days of cardio. I personaly prefer doing one body part per workout so each muscle can be worked to the max
Day#1--Biceps,Abbs
Dumbbell curls
Curved barcurls
Straight bar curls
Sit ups

Day#2 Shoulders/cardio
Dumbbell shoulder press
Side lateral raises
Smith shoulder press

Day#3 Back
Lat pull downs
one arm dumbbell rows
Barbbell shrugs
Deadlifts

Day#4 Chest/cardio
Flat Dumbbell press
Incline dumbbell press
Peck deck

Day#5 triceps/cardio
Overhead dumbbell extentions
Pushdowns (bar)
Pushdowns (rope)

I will be posting my weight training and cardio training for the next couple few months and some pics soon if i am able to get my cam working anyone have any sujestions or questions let me know

Killer bicep day

So today i worked out my biceps awsome workout but unfortunatly it was pretty crowded and if i was to get a nickle for every groan i heard well id probably have like 60 bucks lol anyways....

Alternating dumbbell curls: 30x12,30x10,35x6 (warm up sets) then...50x6,45x8 45x8
Standing curved barcurls: 65x8,65x8,65x8
Barbbell curls:60x8,60x7,60x6
forgot to do some sit ups but oh well I'll do them tommorow

As for food...
My pre-workout meal was a plate full of sheperds pie
After my workout I had some brocoli, 2 tuna sandwiches and a yogurt.
Before i hit the bed ill probably have a pb and j sandwich with some warm cereal.

well im feeling better not a 100% but good enough to work out here are my workouts for the past 2 days

One arm DB rows----40x12,40x10,50x6<---(Warm up sets) 75x8,80x6,80x6
Barbbell Shrugs---140x8,150x6,155x5
Lat Pull Downs----150x8,150x6,150x6



And today...
Flat DB bench Press----40x12,40x10,45x6,65x6,60x7,60x5
Peck Deck---170x8,180x6,180x6
Incline Press machine---180x3,160x5,160x5

I had 2 hamburger patties,milk,and some coli flower after my workout. I im working with one of the trainers at the gym i go to to get a even better nutrition plan going on.

Overhead dumbbell extentions---60x6,60x6,60x6
Pushdowns(Bar)---140x7,140x6,140x4
Pushdowns(Rope)---120x3,100x6,100x5

So short story to go along with todays log...Well while i was working out today there was this guy i saw on the leg extention machine and he was maybe doing...10 pounds right and what he was doing is he would do 3 reps...stop...do another 3 reps and so on for about 5 mins...then he goes and picks up the wrist curl thing that has a plate weight connected to it by a small rope i dunno what its called but it had like 5 pounds on it and he wasnt even doing it properly. So I asked if this was his first time working out and of course he said yes so i asked if he would like to learn how to workout properly and even offered to help make him a workout routine...not the first time ive ever helped a beginner out eather and he says hes worked hard enough and that hes going home...i ask him are you sure and he tells me to straight up "Fuck off!" Felt like saying w.e buddy u wana be fat for the rest of your life be my guest but instead i just laughed and said ok. Cant wait to see this guys next intense workout
